£2.6m sought for warehouses in Glasnevin industrial park

Finnegan Menton is suggesting a guide price of £2.6 million for two adjoining warehouse buildings with over 38,000 sq ft of space at Broombridge Industrial Park in Glasnevin, Dublin 11, which are to be sold by tender on March 8th. The units are to be offered for sale in either one or two lots. The largest has 24,540 sq ft and the other one has 13,500 including a two-storey office section. Freehold buildings in Broombridge or Dublin Industrial Estates have been much sought after in recent years because of their convenience to both the city centre and the M50. The agents are putting a guide price of £1.7 million on the biggest unit and £900,000 on the other one.
