A commercial site of over 18 acres at Ballycoolin Road, Dublin 11, is expected to appeal to investors, developers and retail warehouse operators when it goes to tender on April 27th. Joint agents DTZ Sherry FitzGerald and Jones Lang LaSalle expect to secure over £9 million (#11.4m) for the greenfield site which is close to an elevated bridge at the Cappagh/Ratoath road with extensive frontage on to the M50. It is close to the IDA Ballycoolin Business Park, the IDA Snugborough Industrial Park, the North West Business Park and Stadium Business Park. The site of the proposed national stadium at Abbotstown is located directly north of the property. The site is being sold on behalf of Tony Murray's company, Lark Developments, which is about to turn its attention to its 200-acre site at Clonee. This has recently been rezoned for development as a business park.
