UK men's fashion chain Envy is to open its first Irish store in Dublin's Henry Street where it has paid a premium of around £150,000 for the Crazy Pound unit. Number 4 Henry Street has a total floor area of 4,000 square feet, about half of it at street level.

The current rent is around £130,000 per annum. The deal provides further evidence of the availability of premiums in Henry Street after a difficult period. Cobra Sports recently paid key money of £140,000 for Harry Moore's, while Esat paid £50,000 for the leasehold interest in the Knickerbox shop.
