£120,000 expected for Finglas monastery site

CARLOW estate agents O'Farrell expects to secure about £120,000 for the Patrician Monastery on 1.5 acres at Ratoath Road, Finglas, Dublin 11, which is to be auctioned on November 20th. The two-storey modern building has a total floor area of 3,500 square feet. Whoever buys it may seek planning permission for a housing development.
