Limerick businessman Neil O'Carroll is seeking planning permission for a £12 million office park on the Dock Road in Limerick city. Mr O'Carroll recently paid almost £2 million for a former abattoir on five acres, which was owned by Henshaws. The park is likely to accommodate about 150,00 sq ft of hightech space, ideal for computer and data processing companies. Pat Chesser of Chesser Auctioneers handled the sale for Henshaws and will act for Mr O'Carroll.
