£1.4m quoted for Artane one-acre residential site

Hamilton Osborne King is quoting a guideline price of £1.4 million for a site of almost an acre on the Malahide Road, Artane, Dublin 5, which goes to auction on October 13th. The site is zoned for residential use and is located close to Beaumont Hospital. Agent Pat Nolan says it could accommodate up to 40 apartments and possibly a medical centre.
