Health experts will answer your questions on the VHI website. E-mail your question to the dietitian, fitness instructor or nurse via the online form, and new responses will be posted on the site weekly. You can also ask the nurse to phone or e-mail you personally to discuss your question. This confidential service is free at www.vhihealthe.ie
