If you're a serial house-plant killer, there is hope

If you're a serial house-plant killer, there is hope. "Bringing the outside in" is cool right now (check out the groovy troughs of cat grass in the new Cross Gallery on Francis Street) so why not do it literally, with some grass? It's gratifyingly easy to grow and plant fashion will probably have moved on before you've had time to kill it. Plus, nail-scissors mowing is about as Zen as it gets - a sort of Bonsai experience for those with commitment issues.
