Town & Country to offer presbytery furniture

Tomorrow's sale on the premises of Town & Country auctioneers is to feature furniture, some of it taken from a Dublin presbytery, such as an Edwardian inlaid display cabinet (£1,400-£1,500) and a mahogany Sheraton-style bowfront sideboard (£1,200-£1,400). There are also a set of eight Chippendale-style dining chairs (£1,000-£1,200) and a Victorian mahogany armchair (£500-£600).
