Four years after they played an unhappily married couple in Brokeback Mountain, Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway will be reunited for Love and Other Drugs, which Edward Zwick ( Blood Diamond) will direct in the autumn.

The movie is based on Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman, a memoir written by Jamie Reidy, a Pfizer representative in the 1990s. Hathaway will play a woman who has Parkinson's Disease with whom Gyllenhaal falls in love.

Gyllenhaal also joins Tobey Maguire and Natalie Portman in Jim Sheridan's US remake of Susanne Bier's Danish drama Brothers, which has been scheduled for US release on December 4th as the awards season gets under way.
