Karin McCully (32), Literary Director. From Belfast, she had her first taste of theatre at. Players in TCD. After a stint teaching French and German in Belfast she did an MFA in dramaturgy at Yale. For two years she was the Dramaturg at the Abbey.

Conall Morrison (29), Staff Director. From Armagh, she studied drama at John Moore's University in Liverpool. He has directed plays for several theatre companies and has written three plays, including Rough Justice and Hard to Believe. He will direct Dancing at Lughnasa at the Lyric Theatre in Belfast in April.

Jimmy Fay (26), Staff Director. From Tallaght, since 1993 he has been artistic director of Bedrock Theatre Company.

He was the director of the Fringe Festival at the Dublin Theatre Festival last year.

Kathy McArdle (30), Outreach Director. From Monaghan, she has an MA in Anglo Irish Literature. She has worked extensively in schools with TEAM theatre in education, and as Development Officer for the National Association for Youth Drama.

Brian Brady (31), Associate Director. From Dublin, he studied French and Drama Studies at TCD, worked as a freelance director in youth theatre and for a variety of theatre companies. From 1994-5 he was a staff director at the Abbey. He is directing The Hostage by Brendan Behan, which opens on March 13th.
