. Anybody who wants to provide a legal sex line after March 31st will have to provide it within the code of ethics guidelines and with a 1559 prefix.
. Telephone users will not be able to dial 1559 numbers, unless they apply for a PIN from Telecom. Sex lines operating on all other numbers will be illegal and subject to barring by Telecom, as the more extreme foreign numbers already are. Only the 1559 sex lines will come under the scrutiny of the regulator, Judge Mary Kotsonouris, as they're the only ones allowed.
. The regulator is also responsible for monitoring the other premium services (horoscopes, tarot readings, info lines), which will continue with the same prefixes as now.
