An impressive initiative by the Irish Film Archive is currently underway to enable viewers around the country to view some of the finest material in the vaults. Following the recent William Trevor season at the Kilkenny Arts Festival, the Archive will enliven August Heritage Week with the third part of the Dublin in the Rare 'Oul Timesseries.

Running from August 22nd until August 30th, the package will tour a series of Dublin City Council libraries. On August 29th and 30th, the Archive will also visit the Knock Museum in Co Mayo for a season entitled Glimpses of Knock. www.irishfilm.ie/archive
