A RAILROAD company ledger, used by Great Western Railways and said to date from around 1860, will be among the items on offer at the Dublin Castle antiques and collectables fair tomorrow. The event will also feature a selection of oil paintings, including a landscape, circa 1780, signed by "Petrie" and a pair of signed oil portraits, dated 1840.
In addition, there will be a collection of thimbles, as well as Victorian and Edwardian silver and gold jewellery, linen, lace, coins, medals small furniture and a collection of carpentry tools. The fair, in Dublin Castle's Old Coach House, opens at 10.30 a.m.
