FORGED documents, including insurance certificates and driving licences, were found by gardai carrying out searches in Dublin yesterday. Three men were subsequently arrested and released after questioning in Pearse Street station.
A Garda spokesman described the discovery as "very significant". Some of the documents were complete, with names printed on them. Printing equipment was also found.
Gardai had searched two locations, one in the northside and one in the southside. A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
