Listen up, daddio, zombies have taken over and there's only one thing that can help you. Science? Nah. Guns? Maybe. Those are okay, but nothing works better than good ol' rock'n'roll. The scenario of Dead Blockplays like an Ed Wood movie, as you fend off an endless army of zombies by all available means. This is a third-person action game in which you board up windows, set traps, and eventually use items such as jukeboxes and guitars to conquer the undead with groovy music (think a mix between Nick Cave and The Cramps.) Dead Blockworks as a multiplayer game (online or local split screen). Along with basic exploration and trap-placing, you also get the chance to fire weapons and bludgeon your enemies. The graphics are a little low-rent and the gameplay could be more sophisticated, but the fun tone and odd setting go a long way.
