A letter from Mr Michael O'Kennedy TD in Wednesday's editions referred incorrectly to a former Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs as "the late Bob McDonagh". We are happy to correct this error at Mr O'Kennedy's request and to confirm that Mr McDonagh is alive and well.
