How do you travel to and from work? I drive from Kingswood Heights, just off the M50, to AA Roadwatch on Suffolk Street.

How long does it take? Between 15 and 20 minutes to get to work, but much longer to get home.

What time do you leave home? Between 6.30 a.m. and 6.35 a.m. - those extra five minutes are very precious at that time - and am in town by 6.50 a.m.

What time do you get back? If I leave between 4 p.m. and 4.30 p.m., I'm home in 45 minutes, but one or two days a week I stay late and get stuck in rush-hour traffic, so it takes between an hour and an hour and a half. On those days, I arrive at about 6.30 p.m.

Do you travel the same route every day? Yes. My car knows its own way at this stage.

What do you enjoy about your commute? Not being stuck in traffic in the mornings.

What bothers you about your commute? I dread the journey home. I'm with AA Roadwatch three years, and in that time I've noticed a huge increase in traffic.

Would you change your mode of transport if you could? I'd love to be able to walk to work.
