Basement sale at modest prices in the Green

A large quantity of Victorian and Edwardian furniture, prints, paintings, silver plate, porcelain and glass will be auctioned on Monday at a James Adam "basement" sale. Items have been accumulating at the St Stephen's Green saleroom for some weeks so this is bound to be a busy sale. Estimates range from £10 for silver plate to several hundred pounds for larger pieces of furniture. All can be viewed tomorrow from 2 p.m.
