July 11th: At 73 Waterloo Road, Dublin. House contents auction conducted by Town & Country included: £5,700 for set of 12 Victorian dining chairs; £1,900 for Victorian gilded mirror; £1,400 for Victorian bookcase; £1,000 for Victorian sideboard.
