INSTALL: Pollen Alert Ireland for hay fever warning
Although we mightn’t be enjoying the traditional Leaving Cert sunny weather, hay fever can still be a major issue for students, impairing their performance when doing exams.
The Pollen Alert Ireland app from IrishHealth.com, which is available for Android and iPhone, uses data provided by the National Pollen and Aerobiology Research Unit at the University of Worcester to provide a daily pollen forecast for each province in Ireland. You can also sign up for high pollen alerts which are pushed to your phone until November when the service ends.

DISCOVER: What's distracting you from real work
Xerox’s Business of Your Brain app for PCs analyses your Outlook in-box so you can find out what you are really spending your time on rather than what you think you spend it on.
The free software provides detailed reports based on your e-mails and appointments to tell you things like who you have the most meetings with, who sends the most high-alert e-mails, what are the latest buzz words being used in e-mail subjects and whose e-mails you delete without reading.
Now if it could only get your in-box down to a manageable size...
