With Microsoft’s eyes set firmly on your living room, the Xbox has considerably expanded its repoirtoire in recent years. Not only does it play games, but it will also play media files, give you access to Sky Player and play CDs and DVDs.

With this in mind, Microsoft has come up with a way you can quickly and easily control all these added extras – the Xbox 360 Media Remote. It will control the Xbox 360 Dashboard, DVD and CD playback, and media playback in Xbox Live. Depending on your TV, it may also control volume and power. And all from a single remote. Available from early November.
