Financial services software company Monex has won a contract to supply its Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) products to Qatar National Bank, one of the largest banking groups in the Middle East.

Qatar National Bank is the largest financial institution in the wealthy Gulf state with assets of more than $60 billion.

Monex's DCC product converts credit card transactions into the cardholder's chosen currency at the point of sale, giving travellers more clarity on pricing when shopping abroad. Qatar's tourism industry has been growing rapidly and it is scheduled to host the 2020 World Cup.
