House prices in the North are falling further than in any other region in the UK, new industry figures show.

The average house in Northern Ireland has fallen in value since this time last year by at least 3 per cent to £134,435 (€151,000), the figures from the Nationwide building society show. The average UK house price now stands at £162,887.
