Norkom signs US contract with ING

Norkom technologies, a Dublin-based customer relationship management firm, has signed its largest US deal with ING Direct, a banking subsidiary of the ING Group. The firm has engaged Norkom in an extended programme to improve new customer acquisitions in the US.
