BCP Stockbrokers and Irish Life & Permanent have introduced a new property and equity portfolio for investors. The Preferred Property & Equity Portfolio gives investors exposure to Irish Life & Permanent investment funds in the Republic, the UK and Irish Life's European Equity fund. It is designed so that investors can compile their own portfolio by choosing the percentage to be invested in each fund. For example, investors can opt to put all or part of their investment into any one of the three funds.
