Wavebreak Media, a Cork-based producer of stock images, animation and video footage, has secured €400,000 in funding via venture capital company Kernel Capital and Enterprise Ireland.
The syndicated investment comprises €250,000 from Kernel Capital, through a Bank of Ireland seed fund, with the remainder from Enterprise Ireland.
The company employs 20 people at Cork Institute of Technology’s Rubicon Centre.
