Fund administration company Butterfield Fulcrum is to create 150 jobs in Dublin over the next three years as it expands.

The company, which provides investment services, first opened offices in 2009 in Ireland, where it already employs 100 people. The 150 new jobs will be created in middle office and customer-relationship management, according to IDA Ireland, which worked with the company on the investment.

“This is testament not only to the business environment for international financial services which we have created but also to the excellent skills that are available here,” said Minister for Jobs Richard Bruton.

Butterfield Fulcrum chief executive Glenn Henderson said the firm had had a very positive experience in Dublin.
