The Irish Property Unit Trust (IPUT) has let a 390sq m (4,297sq ft) warehouse at Furry Park Industrial Estate in Santry, Dublin 9, to the international freight forwarding company Nightline Logistics.
The tenant has agreed a 10-year lease with no break options at a rent in the order of €200,000 per annum.
The completion of the letting means that IPUT, with an overall portfolio of 20 warehouses extending to 74.320sq m (800,000sq ft), is now fully occupied.
