A THREE-ACRE commercial site at the N32 junction at Clonshaugh, Dublin 17, is one of three plots of land in north Dublin being offered for sale through Knight Frank.

The agent is quoting €2.75 million for the Clonshaugh site which is adjacent to a roundabout where the Clonshaugh Road meets the N32. It links the M50 with the Malahide Road and is less than 3kms from Dublin Airport.

There is a dormer house and three greenhouses on the land which is zoned “to facilitate opportunities for science and technology-based employment and associated and complementary uses in a high quality environment”. The same agent is seeking €950,000 for a site of 0.19 of an acre at Estuary Road, Malahide, which has planning permission for eight two and three-bedroom apartments.

Knight Frank is also seeking around €425,000 for 5.5 acres at Kilcrea Road, Donabate, which is zoned as a green belt area. It is in a scenic area opposite the entrance to Newbridge demesne. Mark Smith of the agency says it is good to see development property, other than that which is a result of forced sales, now beginning to come on stream again at realistic prices.
