CBRE has found tenants for two former Permanent TSB branches at Fairview Strand, Dublin 3, and Sundrive Road, Dublin 12.

Crumlin Citizens Information Board has leased the 209sq m (2,250sq ft) Kimmage premises beside the Sundrive shopping centre at a headline rent of €32,000 per annum. The 215sq m (2,314sq ft) Fairview building is to be rented by the Computer Doctor at €30,000 per annum.

Niamh Sheehan of CBRE said they received a good level of interest in both buildings from local operators planning to expand their businesses.
