The Irish Propety Unit Trust has found a tenant for a the penthouse floor in Styne House, a modern multi-let office building on Hatch Street, Dublin 2. Falcon Oil Gas, an international company planning to relocate its corporate HQ from Denver, Colorado, to Dublin, will be paying in excess of €322 per sq m (€30 per sq ft) for the accommodation. The entire block extending to 6,500sq m ( 69,965sq ft) is now occupied. BNP Paribas acted for IPUT.
