The St Stephen’s Green shopping centre in Dublin has been given a boost in recent weeks with the arrival of 10 new traders.
Most of them will be paying standard rents while others will be contributing a percentage of their turnover.
Sony has begun fitting out a 49sq m (527sq ft) unit beside the entrance to Dunnes Stores on the ground floor, where they will pay a rent of around €85,000 per annum.
Cans Footwear has relocated in the centre and is being joined by multibrand retailer Twenty1; fish pedicure company Treat Yer Feet; sports retailer In Sport; Hughes Hughes card shop; milkshake company Shakeaway; outdoor clothing retailer Carhartt; mobile phone retailer E-Mobile and beauty treatments specialist Blitz It Beauty.
