A FOUR-STOREY over basement retail building at 14 Bachelors Walk, Dublin 1, sold in 2006 for over €1 million, has just changed hands again at €430,000.
It was bought by an investor on the basis of a rent roll of €38,000.
The building housed an antique furniture business for decades before being upgraded and converted into a coffee shop.
