John Garvey of Lisney has leased two shops at Lower George’s Street in Dún Laoghaire. Read Stationers has rented 112sqm (1,205sq ft) on the ground floor of number57, opposite M&S. A rent of €45,000 had been quoted. Nearby, opposite McManus Jewellers, Euro- Giant has leased the ground and first floor which extend to 447sqm(4,811sq ft). The agent was quoting a rent of €100,000 per annum.
