Jones Lang LaSalle is quoting a selling price of €500,000 or a rent of €30,000 per annum for one of four shops in the Orlagh Centre in Knocklyon, Dublin 6. "We expect a lot of interest both from people looking to rent and to purchase because of the shop's location in a mature and well populated area and the general lack of supply of good quality retail opportunities," says James Hardy of Jones Lang LaSalle.
