PHOENIX, the outsourcing company for the life and pensions industry, is to attempt to sub-lease its offices at Styne House, Upper Hatch Street, Dublin 2. The company is paying a rent of €452 per sq m (€42 per sq ft) for 1,237sq m (13,326sq ft) on the first floor of the block which was refurbished in the late 1990s by owners Green Property.
Phoenix’s 25-year lease has a break option in February 2015, and agent HWBC is now offering a flexible sub-lease on competitive market terms up to that date or on a longer lease subject to tenant requirements. Other tenants in Styne House are L’Oreal, Information Mosaic, Brown Brothers Harriman and Green Property.
