The company has just leased its first kiosk at St Stephen’s Green shopping centre in Dublin at around €30,000 per annum and has also agreed terms for similar units at the Pavilions shopping centre in Swords and Bridgewater in Arklow.

The company specialises in the sale of premium tea, coffee and specialist confectionary and trades in the UK, France, Scandinavia and throughout Eastern Europe.

Keith Ruane of Colliers International, who is advising Gurman’s Tea, says they are also seeking suitable premises of between 30 and 50 sq m in Cork and Limerick.
