THE global pharmaceutical company Warner Chilcott is to open a new Irish office at penthouse level in One Grand Canal Square, Dublin 4. The company will be paying a rent of €376 per sq m (€35 per sq ft) for 895sq m (9,633sq ft) and €3,500 for seven car parking spaces.
The 10-year lease provides for a break option in year five. Warner Chilcott will join other high profile tenants including UK bank HSBC and management consultants Accenture on One Grand Canal Square, which was developed by Roy Strudwick of Ryde Developments. It is now one of the most popular office locations in the city.
Willy Dowling of CBRE is quoting €484 per sq m (€45 per sq ft) for the remaining penthouse suite which extends to 796sq m (8,568sq ft).
