THE FORMER IBM office block at East Point Business Park in the Dublin docklands is to be offered for letting shortly by agents BNP Paribas Real Estate.
The three-storey block extending to 2,230sq m (24,000sq ft) is currently being upgraded and refurbished at a cost of €500,000 by a private investor who bought it on the advice of Weir Conway. The block has 28 on-site car parking spaces.
Conor Whelan of BNP Paribas, who is quoting a rent of €160 per sq m (€15 per sq ft) and €750 for parking spaces, said East Point was now attracting a considerable number of new tenants because it was only 10 minutes from Dublin Airport via the Port Tunnel.
