ONE OF THE BEST presented Georgian houses on St Stephen’s Green in Dublin, No. 120, is to be offered for letting at a rent of around €120,000 per annum.
The five-storey building has magnificent reception rooms on the ground and first floors and several office suites on the upper floors. The 450sq m (4,844sq ft) house was designed by Richard Castle who was also responsible for Leinster House and Powerscourt.
James Mulhall of the letting agent Murphy Mulhall says the house would make “a superb corporate HQ, embassy or private residence”.
The agent is seeking a rent of €269 per sq m (€25 per sq ft) for the house. Two car-parking spaces in a rear courtyard will cost an additional €6,000 in rent.
