BANK of Ireland has succeeded in letting its former retail branch at Apex Business Centre in Sandyford, Co Dublin. The 185sq m (2,000sq ft) building has been let to Augusta Property Services which handles property investments in Germany. It has agreed to pay a rent of €161 per sq m (€15 per sq ft) for the facility.
Michael Healy of Savills handled the letting along with another one in Apex Business Centre. A second building of 371sq m (4,000sq ft) occupied by White Young Green Engineering and Planning has been sub-let to Intelligent Information Systems at the same rent as the former bank building.
