A private investor has paid close to €1.2 million for the former T Mulloy fishmonger’s shop at 12 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2.

The business, which also handled the sale of poultry and game, was one of the longest running on the street. Elliott FitzGerald handled the sale of the building which has a ground floor retail area of 55.7 sq m (600 sq ft) and can be enlarged. There are two overhead floors.
