JOINT AGENTS Colliers International and Bannon have dropped the asking price from €100,000 to €60,000 for a fully fitted 371sq m (4,000sq ft) restaurant at Bridgewater shopping centre in Arklow, Co Wicklow.
The agents report there has been a 4 per cent increase in the footfall at the shopping complex where the key retailers include Dunnes Stores, River Island, TK Maxx, Next and W-Wear.
