EstateAgents: Estate agency Hamilton Osborne King has anounced a number of new appointments in its commercial division. Fergus O'Farrell, a partner in Palmer McCormack, has joined HOK as a director in its investment division.

Fergus Keane, who made a major impact over the past two years in HOK retail division, is moving back to London where he will source commercial investments mainly for Irish clients. He has been appointed to the board of HOK's UK operation.

Claire Hughes and Gillian O'Dowd have been promoted to associate level in HOK Investors, a subsidiary which specialises in matching private cspital with property investment opportunities in Ireland and abroad.

Bernadine Hogan, who has been in the company's retail division for the past two years, has also been appointed an associate.
