€269 per sq m rent for office suites

Aisling Tannam of Knight Frank is quoting a rent of €269 per sq m (€25 per sq ft) for high quality office suites under construction in Ranelagh village, Dublin 6.

The Cosgrave Group is developing the three-storey block on the site of a former snooker hall. The ground floor has been let to Lidl and two upper floors will have flexible office space of up to 423sq m (4,533 sq ft).
