Real Quiet, the Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes hero, will renew American Triple Crown rivalry with Victory Gallop in the Belmont Stakes on June 6th.

Both horses are confirmed runners in the third and final leg of the Triple Crown over a mile and a half at the New York track.

Real Quiet beat Victory Gallop by half a length in the Kentucky Derby, but extended his superiority over that rival to two and a quarter lengths in the Preakness.

Victory for Real Quiet would enable him to become the 12th American Triple Crown winner and first for 20 years when Affirmed swept the board in 1978.
