Madam, - I believe that contraception is a responsible, healthy and holy way to plan and space one's family. But it would seem that the idea of contraception is anathema to the contributors and editor of Alive!
If this magazine is an indication of the way the Catholic Church's hierarchy hopes the church will evolve into the future, then very soon it will no longer represent the likes of me. I am beginning to feel alienated and ostracised, especially when I see Alive!being given virtually the seal of approval in our church porches. However, I believe in free speech and I would like to think that the Catholic church does also. - Yours, etc,
