Sir, - To whose monumental lack of feeling are we indebted for the proposed stainless steel tower in O'Connell Street? At what level of power, income and influence do these people lose touch with reality? Such reckless spending is an insult to the many people waiting for hospital beds, and the homeless who spend their miserable time on the streets in this freezing weather.
