Sir, - Peter A. Grehan recommended (June 19th) that "any new abortion referendum should be for women only" as "only women are personally affected by I beg to differ. If the oft-quoted Irish abortion figures are to be believed, approximately half of the 4,000 who have had their lives terminated by abortion in the past year (and every other year) were male. I suggest that "for men generally" abortion is more than "just a matter of principle." - Yours, etc.,
